State Insurance License Requirement

The Michigan Property and Casualty Exam and the Michigan Insurance Exam will be completed by the end of the internship



Training

Training is paid. Training period is 2 weeks, including product and sales training. Training will be split between virtual, Westland, and Allen Park.



Compensation

$1,000 monthly salary + Commission+ Bonus





Commission Structure

  • all polices must issue from underwriting to receive compensation
  • Commission paid from annual premium on all financial services and fire insurance
  • Commission paid from semi-annual premium on all Auto




· New Auto 2-4% commission
· Fire policy 2-4% commission
· Life Policy- 20% Commission
· Health Application- 20% commission

Bonus

Weekly Sales Bonuses and prizes

Expectations

· 600 outbound phone calls per week
· 20 new households per month
· Learn the insurance industry and how to become a state farm agent.
· Contacting current clients about insurance reform
